The Life Healing Day is a very special
opportunity for you to delve deeper into the core issues
that you face. The Life Healing Day is a one-on-one session
focused on whatever issues you would like to heal in your
life. The day is an intensive one, running from 9am until
probably around 4pm. We start with a long chat where you
and I discuss the issues you have in life, and I will ask
a few directed questions with the aim of getting to the
core issues. As you delve deeper and open more, quite unexpected
core issues appear, and these are the drivers for everything
in your life. As you can imagine, this is a life-changing
discovery to make.
After a coffee break we will go through
a full Designer Journey Process to enable you to heal specifically
what we have discovered. This is followed by a lunch break,
where we can spend a bit more time in conversation.
After lunch we do some creative brainstorming
to enable us to uncover all your options: what you able
to achieve in your life if you had no restrictions. This
is a liberating life coaching exercise and is really a fun
part of the day. All our ideas are written down for future
reference. Finally we develop an Action Plan for immediate
action, for the first week and for the first month. (I will
follow up by phone/email at these three stages to see how
you are doing, to give you support, to coach and to hold
you to our agreed plan.)
You will return home soaring...
During the day we will move around as
necessary, perhaps taking a walk to the local coffee shop,
or to the beach. We could go somewhere nearby by car, or
whatever we choose to do at the time. The Journey Process
itself we will do in the Life Magic Healing Centre to ensure
privacy and an environment where we won't be disturbed.
I would like to promise that it will be
a fun day, but that is difficult to say. We will get extremely
deep into the driving causes behind the surface issues,
and you may find this uncomfortable. We will get to places
you may never have realised were there, and then together
we will pull them up by the roots. Nevertheless, this process
will leave you relieved, ecstatic and fundamentally changed
at the deepest level.
